Alex Bender's review of audio recording:

Jawbreaker had recorded Bivouac a mere month before this performance. Accordingly, the bulk of the setlist is drawn from the Bivouac LP. Big, Tour Song, Sleep, and Pack It Up all sound nearly identical to the recorded versions, which is actually quite rare to hear; the band had been playing the songs in earlier, unfinished versions for the past year or two. Pack It Up contains the only deviation from the album; in the chorus, Blake changes the "Don't play..." list of Jawbreaker songs and includes alternate selections from Unfun such as Softcore and Fine Day. The real surprise from this show is an early version of Ache, which the band recorded for their next LP a year and a half later. The song contains some different lyrics ("It's pretty old / Ever feel your skin grow cold?" and "You're a big part of it / Can I live without it?), and the vocal melody in some parts requires Blake to shout in a higher register; presumably, the melody was modified after his throat surgery.

The recording is an excellent soundboard, and I have a CD-R recorded from a copy of the original DAT; all instruments and vocals are very clear. The volume starts off a bit low but gets a boost in the middle of the first song. The banter in between songs appears to have been cut out, as the beginning of each song fades in.
