Adam Phfaler said: I remember this show well. Blake got his bag stolen outta the van and had to borrow clothes for a couple days before the thrift store shopping sprees that followed. I have INCREDIBLE Jawbox footage from this show-- "Desert Sea" in its entirety from side stage with a great monitor mix...

"eye 5" said: The band hadn't slept the night before after having some clothes and gear stolen. Blake was wearing an unbuttoned Jade Tree work shirt and made a comment about being so exhausted that he was rocking out bare chested completely without irony. Some of his schtick (the Billie Joe-esque spit and catch, falling down during Parabola) seemed a half-hearted repeat of previous shows. While still playing a good set, the band seemed burnt out and unhappy. Jawbreaker live were always fun and very entertaining. Even the off nights were worth the trip and the misadventures.
