Alex Bender's review of audio recording:

Nice show at the legendary Gilman Street venue. The first highlight is an early I Love You So Much It's Killing Us Both, which has a different middle section than on the Dear You LP in terms of instrumentation and lyrics. At some point during the show, Blake says he quit smoking three days ago (ha). For Ache, Blake asks that the lights be dimmed in order to create a mood. One subtle lyrical change that occurs in in West Bay Invitational, when Blake sings, "you were from Oakland by way of the southwest." The most interesting thing about this show is the unreleased third-to-last song, of which I have no other recordings. Blake says it was named after his housemate and is about the plague of the twenty-something generation - it's very short, maybe two minutes or so. Interestingly enough, Bill Schneider was the bassist in Monsula. Hmm...another scrapped song lost in the annals of Jawbreaker history.

The soundboard recording is clear but lacks punch; my dub is also marred by low levels and hiss.
